In September, I visited Switzerland, my birth country, after nine years away. A few days before my flight, my guides pointed out that my attitude toward the country was not supportive of my spiritual path and created karma. This surprised me; I hadn’t realized that my feelings about Switzerland could influence my spiritual growth. I was about to make a decree to ask the universe to remove my limiting beliefs about it when my guides advised there was no need for that—they suggested I simply cut the cords instead. So, I took up my sword and cut my attachments to these lower beliefs. I then asked that the space be filled with love for Switzerland and appreciation of its beauty.

Throughout the day, I repeated to myself, “I love Switzerland,” and this shift was easier than I’d expected. It made a huge difference in my experience there—I felt safe, released old emotional baggage, and had a wonderful time with my family, truly enjoying the places we visited. The most amazing surprise was that, above my bed, my mother had hung an image of Merlin and a dragon! I was really looked after and came back refreshed and full of gratitude. This experience was truly an eye-opener.

Love every single part of Earth with all your heart

After returning from my trip, my friend Marica and I were talking about the pain that I had in my shoulder. She reminded me to love Earth with all my heart in order to feel physically stronger. Immediately, I realised that I needed to apply the same approach I had taken with Switzerland to the entire planet. I know I am here on a mission and am fully committed to fulfilling it. Still, at times, I catch myself longing to be in a higher vibrational space; amongst fellow lightworkers, we sometimes joke about “going home” or travelling to another planet where things might be easier. My guides remind me, though, of the importance of loving every country and embracing the whole planet wholeheartedly. They encourage me to anchor my roots deeply into the earth, knowing only then can I be of the highest service and reach the higher dimensions with my consciousness.
