It is summer and very hot. Here in Italy, we are consistently having temperatures between 36 and 40°C. When I go to the park to do my daily Qigong exercises and walk past the bushes and trees, little lizards keep popping out and running across my path to hide somewhere. I just love them.

Every time this happens, and I see one, it reminds me that I AM at one with and aligned with my divine essence.

Why?

Because lizards, like all reptiles, are perfectly attuned to their divine essence, still carrying the original blueprint they received when they were first created. They know exactly who they are.
