How to Create the Crystal Essence
This is very simple, add some clear quartz and rose quartz into a bowl of water and put it on your window sill to get some moon light and some sun light.
Create an Uplifting Unicorn Spray
- Close your eyes and relax
- Hold the spray bottle with the crystal essence between your hands.
- Think about your intention to create an uplifting unicorn spray that provides a harmonious balance of uplifting, calming and grounding properties.
- Invoke the unicorns and ask them to add their light and blessings to your bottle
- Sit in silence for a moment while the magic takes place.
- Now add the essential oils (see below), shake your spray and enjoy!

3 drops Orange
3 drops Lavender
3 drops Rose
2 drops Peppermint
2 drops Frankincense
1 drop Jasmine
1 drop Patchouli
